Salon pricing is based on time ($100/hr)+product specific for each service requested and each client’s hair. Service times are listed as an approximate timeframe and can fluctuate dependent on how intricate the service is. Upon arrival, please wait in Sola’s front waiting area and TEXT 610-600-7137 to let me know you have arrived. I will greet you when I am ready! Please do not bring any additional guests. CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small business and stylist, I require financial stability and enforcing my cancellation policy is essential to maintaining that stability to be able to service you. POLICIES: CANCELLATIONS- Cancellations/rescheduling must be done during business hours to be valid (M-F 10-4). If a cancellation is sent outside of business hours, it will become valid the next business day. Reminder texts/emails are courtesy and it is the client’s responsibility to remember dates and times of scheduled appointments to prevent fees listed below. LATE FEE- If you are unable to make your appointment within 15mins after your scheduled time, it will be considered a no show resulting in 75% fee of scheduled services. If you are running late, you will be charged based off of the time your appointment was scheduled to start. When scheduling an appointment, you are blocking off a specific timeframe needed to provide quality service. SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW- You will be charged 75% of scheduled timeframe LATE CANCELLATION (2 days)- You will be charged 50% of scheduled timeframe CHANGES - Any changes to your appointment must be done 48hrs prior. SICKNESS - If you are under the weather, please reschedule. I am working in close contact with you for long periods of time. In the event that you decide to come to your appointment sick, I have the right to refuse your service and you will be charged in full. Please respect mine and my client’s health and rebook when you are no longer sick. Cancellation policies/fees still apply. In the event that multiple cancellations have happened, you may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to secure a future appointment. This amount will go toward the balance owed at the time of visit unless the appointment is cancelled. The cc on file with the salon will be processed to pay any balances owed. No refunds of any kind.
