CANCELLATION POLICY

BUSINESS POLICY As a small business, reserved appointment time directly impacts my income. Consistent enforcement of these policies allows me to protect reserved time, maintain my schedule, and continue providing quality service to every client. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM. Requests received outside of business hours will be considered effective the next business day. To avoid a cancellation or rescheduling fee, you must cancel or reschedule at least 3 full days before your scheduled appointment during business hours. For example, if your appointment is Monday, your cancellation or rescheduling request must be received by 7:00pm Friday to avoid a fee. Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for remembering their scheduled appointment date and time. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS * Color services: 75% of the scheduled service timeframe * Haircuts, blowouts & keratin services: 100% of the scheduled service LATE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 2 full days of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service timeframe. LATE ARRIVALS Please notify me by text if you are running late. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, arriving late may result in a shortened or modified service. For color appointments, the service will be charged based on the time originally reserved, even if the full service cannot be completed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for a haircut, blowout, or keratin service will be considered a no-show and subject to a 100% fee. UNPAID FEES All fees must be paid in full the day of cancellation. If payment is not received within that timeframe, the fee will increase to 100% of the scheduled service timeframe. DEPOSITS * Custom Color: $110 * All Other Color Services: $50 Deposits are applied toward your appointment total or, when applicable, toward a cancellation fee. Deposits must be paid by Friday before the following week’s appointment. If payment has not been received by the deadline, the card on file will be charged. APPOINTMENT CHANGES Any changes to your scheduled services must be made at least 2 full days before your appointment. This includes changing or removing any portion of a scheduled service. Changes made at the time of your appointment may not be accommodated, and you will remain responsible for the original timeframe reserved. SICKNESS If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Because services require close, prolonged contact, I ask that you consider the health and safety of both myself and my clients. If you arrive visibly ill, I reserve the right to decline the service, and applicable cancellation/no-show fees will still apply. Please reschedule once you are feeling well. Thank you for helping maintain a healthy environment for everyone. REPEATED CANCELLATIONS Clients with multiple cancellations may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the balance of the appointment when completed. If the appointment is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited. OUTSTANDING BALANCES The card on file will be charged for any outstanding balances or applicable fees in accordance with these policies. All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
